Who is Gerri? Besides being a women in leadership speaker extraordinaire (she just spoke at the Women in Retail Leadership Summit, where she received a standing ovation), she also serves on the boards of directors of Whirlpool, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Charlotte Russe. Gerri’s latest venture is Broadrooms.com, an informational resource for women who serve, or want to serve, on corporate boards.

According to a memo Gerri sent to the Women in Retail Leadership Circle last week, Broadrooms.com, set to launch in a few weeks, will “offer a vast range of resources and tools for directors, including education, events, communities, initiatives, news, blogs and much more. There’s nothing else like it … and I know you’ll love it!”

Before launching, however, Gerri would love some help and advice from the women in retail community. As such, take a sneak peek at Broadrooms.com on its development server and let her know your thoughts and suggestions.

“Any thoughts you may have about navigation, design, functionality, copy — anything at all — would be most appreciated,” Gerri said.
