In its 12th year, the Summit has evolved from an event into a movement. We’re breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and creating an environment that empowers women across the retail landscape. The Summit focuses on the unique needs of executive women in retail leadership positions in a non-sales focused environment. This is the only event of its kind!
