Good morning ladies!

Let me open Inner Circle this week by letting you know that the fifth annual Women in Retail Leadership Summit is sold out! That’s right, yesterday, with about a month-and-a-half to go before the Summit commences on April 16 at the Ritz-Carlton in Miami, we filled our 300th seat, which means we’re at capacity!

I have to pause for a second to think about this. We could have never dreamed when we launched our first event in the Spring of 2014 (a gathering, really, in a small hotel in Miami) that Women in Retail Leadership Summit would grow to become a sold-out event! The great thing is that we still aspire to the same goals that we had when we launched Women in Retail Leadership Circle: To gather enterprise-level women in retail together to network with each other, learn from each other, and ultimately improve each other both personally and professionally, all in a safe space.

Another thing that has remained consistent over the years is our community. Since the beginning, our community has been comprised of successful, motivated and passionate women from the retail world who have a strong belief that investing in themselves and in other women is good business. Our members and guests are truly amazing and so open to sharing lessons learned! From CEOs with years of experience to founders of startups introducing disruptive technology, the common thread is women coming together to learn from each other and help each other succeed.

While this year’s Women in Retail Leadership Summit is sold out, we still have a “wait list,” so feel free to sign up and we’ll see if we can find a spot for you. In other news, we’re so excited to be partnering with the fabulous Female Quotient team to produce a Girls’ Lounge at Shoptalk in Las Vegas later this month. Are you going to Shoptalk? If so, make sure to stop by! The lounge, located in Meeting Room 2202, will be a welcoming and interactive space for executive women to come together, network and learn from each other.
