Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) wants your input on the leaders that should be honored in our 15th annual Top Women in Retail report! This annual resource highlights leading women executives in the retail industry. This is your chance to recognize those truly outstanding women retail leaders for their admirable work. Over the past 15 years, we’ve honored more than 100 powerful women who have had an impact on the retail industry. For example, the 2024 report included industry visionaries such as:

  • Jackie Ardrey, CEO, Vera Bradley, Inc.
  • Esi Eggleston Bracey, Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, Unilever
  • Daniella Vitale, CEO, Americas, Salvatore Ferragamo
  • Mandy Fields, Chief Financial Officer, e.l.f. Beauty

Top Women in Retail nominees should be a vice president or above and have helped propel their business forward. They will be evaluated by WIRLC’s editorial team on several factors, including scope of responsibility within their position; career achievements; involvement within the retail industry; among other factors.

In addition to the top women honorees, we would like to recognize the rising stars in our industry as well. Women on the Rise honorees, while not yet at the top of the corporate ladder, are well on their way to being the next great leaders in the retail industry. These nominees must be a director or manager and a current employee at a retail organization.

The 2025 Top Women in Retail and Women on the Rise honorees will also receive a complimentary pass to attend the 2025 Women in Retail Leadership Summit (April 28-30, Amelia Island, FL)!
