There’s something about the sweetness of summer that makes us smile. Here at Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC), we’re tuning out bad vibes and listening to some of our board members’ favorite podcasts on life, leadership and taking the next steps in your career.

Also, in honor of the July 4 holiday, Inner Circle won’t be published next week.
