Annie Young-Scrivner: Changing Your Actions Leads to New Outcomes

During a keynote presentation last month at the Women in Retail Leadership Summit in Miami, Annie Young-Scrivner, CEO of Wella Company, discussed her humble beginnings in retail, when she worked a seasonal job at a department store to pay for her education. Undeterred by the lack of work hours she was given when she first started, Young-Scrivner persevered, realizing that if she wanted a different outcome, she was going to have to change her actions. Check out this video clip from the session to learn more about how Young-Scrivner overcame this initial obstacle en route to becoming a corporate leader and visionary.
