Jenny Campbell has a long history of working in the innovation and brand-building space. She took on her second chief marketing officer (CMO) role, this time at Kate Spade New York, in November 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this video, Campbell shares how she approached the first 90 days in her new position as she met a new team and put a marketing plan into action.
