Last week, Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) held five Virtual Exchange sessions on Facebook Live with industry experts to learn more about how organizations and leaders are evolving their strategies and operations in light of the COVID-19 global pandemic. The Virtual Exchange event, which was originally scheduled to take place at Shoptalk but was moved online when that industry event was postponed until September, was designed to encourage the WIRLC community to stay connected during this time of social distancing and self-isolation. During one of the sessions, WIRLC Co-Founder Melissa Campanelli chatted with WIRLC Board Member Emily Culp, CEO of Cover FX, a makeup and skincare company with products that are 100 percent vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA-approved.

In this video clip of the session, Culp shares how Cover FX is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically addressing how the brand is communicating with its customers during this uncertain time, as well as how she is communicating internally with her team.
