Julia Landauer is a NASCAR driver and two-time champion from New York City. Since making history as the first and youngest female champion in the Skip Barber Racing Series at age 14, Landauer has amassed dozens of wins in many different racing series.

After becoming the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship in her division in 2015, Landauer graduated to the televised NASCAR K&N Pro Series West in 2016. She became the first woman to lead a lap in the Canadian NASCAR Pinty’s Series. In 2020, she competed in the NASCAR Euro Series, where she finished fifth, the highest for an American ever.

Landauer recently shared with Women Leading Travel & Hospitality why fear is her biggest motivator, why risk taking is important, how you can train yourself to not be afraid of failing, tips for leaders to encourage their teams to have a risk-taking culture, and so much more!
