Well, what do you think? We love it!

In case you weren’t aware, today’s issue of Inner Circle is just one part of a comprehensive rebrand of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, which also includes a refreshed logo (see above) and redesigned website to better serve, and ultimately grow, our membership.

Specific to our weekly e-newsletter, Inner Circle, we wanted a cleaner look, with bigger and better images, more original content, and more members-only content. We think we’ve done that.

Inner Circle has similar design elements to WIRLC’s refreshed website, which was based in large part on the feedback of WIRLC members. When you check out the new site (members, don’t forget to log in to gain access to exclusive features and benefits) you’ll see what I mean. Visitors are greeted with a clean, easy-to-use interface with a more modern look and color palette, as well as more content focused on WIRLC’s unique blend of retail strategy, leadership insights, and executive professional development tips.

In addition, there are more members-only features, including exclusive content, such as coverage of the Summit and other WIRLC brand events; a discussion forum to share and extract insights from our community of leaders; proprietary research reports; access to our seasoned executive career coaches; and much more.

WIRLC’s updated site was designed with the needs of non-members in mind as well. Visitors to the site can access an executive job board, a curated industry event calendar, and a collection of public content — including podcast episodes featuring interviews with the industry’s elite.

WIRLC’s brand refresh was a labor of love (emphasis on the word labor!), but we had a great team working hard behind the scenes to make sure we were meeting the needs and expectations of our community. We really believe the refreshed website and Inner Circle e-newsletter are a true representation of what WIRLC is as an organization, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
