The Women in Retail Leadership Circle team is back from the first two stops on our “On the Road” tour in Columbus, Ohio and Chicago, and a great time was had by all!

In both cities, packed audiences of senior-level women retail executives heard from speakers focusing on both executive professional development and business strategy. Attendees also took part in some fun networking activities.

A highlight from the Columbus event was an inspiring keynote Q&A with Gina Boswell, the dynamic CEO of Bath & Body Works Inc., and Women in Retail Leadership Circle Advisory Board member Emily Culp. In their engaging conversation, Boswell shared her remarkable career journey; how she stays deeply connected to consumers; and how she balances fiduciary responsibility, employee impact, and taking smart risks.

A highlight from the Chicago event was an energetic keynote from Odessa “OJ” Jenkins, CEO of Bonfire Women (and a speaker — and crowd favorite — at the 2024 Women in Retail Leadership Summit). Jenkins served up an inspiring keynote on the transformative power of storytelling. She discussed how the stories we tell others and the narratives we internalize about ourselves can profoundly influence our paths to success.

Next, we’re gearing up for our final three “On the Road” events of 2024, which are taking place on the following dates in the following cites:

In addition to our fantastic members and corporate partners, we’ll bring you more top-notch speakers who will leave you feeling inspired. Some of the fabulous women set to take the stage include:
