Min has led multiple roles at Alibaba.com, including Customer Education Lead where she launched the Buyer Growth Academy, a series of live-stream webinars and on-demand content that feature KOLs, practitioners, and eCommerce experts. Min also oversaw the customer success and buyer growth teams, ensuring that they deliver value and satisfaction to global buyers across different segments and industries. As the Director of Business Development & Partnership, Min built ecosystem partnerships and created integrated products to add value to Alibaba.com's global buyers.
Before Alibaba.com, Min had her own e-commerce consulting agency Hello Commerce, helping leading US and European brands grow their business on Amazon. Before that, Min had worked at Amazon.com as a retail vendor manager, onboarding brands to sell on Amazon.com. Min holds two master's degrees from Pennsylvania State University.
