Their influence extends beyond their organizations, shaping the broader retail and business landscapes and setting new benchmarks for excellence. As part of the honor, Women in Retail Leadership Circle asked all honorees what their proudest business achievement was from 2024. What follows is a selection of answers:

Amiee Bayer-Thomas, Chief Store Operations Officer, Ulta
“I firmly believe in investing in the next generation of women leaders — from our store associates to aspiring young girls. My proudest moment last year was seeing Ulta Beauty’s partnership with Pretty Empowered, an initiative I helped create with YWCA, expand to eight cities, equipping 800 girls with the confidence and skills to lead.”

Sarah Clarke, Chief Supply Chain and Technology Officer, AEO Inc.
“I believe success is best measured by the ability to unify and empower people to achieve remarkable results — both for themselves and the business. I’m incredibly proud of building a talent-first, performance-driven culture that does just that.”

Shea Jensen, President, Urban Outfitters
“I’m proud of the foundation our team has built at Urban Outfitters. We’ve put our customers at the center and know them better than ever, built a talented and enthusiastic leadership team, and outlined a strong plan for success. We’re excited for what the future holds.”

Ali Mejia, Co-Founder, Eberjey
“My proudest achievement of 2024 was seeing Eberjey in Times Square — not just for the moment itself but for what it stood for. In a space once dominated by hyperglamorized male-gaze advertising, our campaign celebrated something different — family, connection, and the confidence of feeling beautiful and powerful in your own skin.”

Andy Muir, CFO, SKIMS
“I’m incredibly proud to have been a part of bringing the NikeSKIMS partnership to life.  This was a testament to the power of collaboration and shared commitment, and I’m excited for all to see how this new brand will disrupt the activewear space!”

Hillary Super, CEO, Victoria’s Secret & Co.
“In 2024, I was proud to join Victoria’s Secret & Co. as CEO. I’m honored to lead this business I’ve long admired and work alongside an incredibly talented team as we write the next chapter for our iconic brands. I’m excited by the opportunities ahead and all the ways we’ll continue to inspire and support women around the world.”

The 2025 honorees will be celebrated throughout Women’s History Month.
