It’s almost time for our annual Top Women in Retail list! Each year for the past nine years, this feature has highlighted the leading female executives in the retail industry, and we want your input on who should be nominated for the 2020 list (our 10th annual)!

Top Women in Retail nominees should be in a C-suite or executive leadership position (senior vice president and above), and have helped propel their business forward. They will be evaluated on several factors, including position within a retail organization, scope of responsibility within that position, career achievements, and involvement within the retail industry.

For the 10th annual Top Women in Retail feature, we would like to recognize the rising stars in our industry as well. These women, while not yet at the top of the corporate ladder, are well on their way to being the next great leaders in the retail industry. Women on the Rise nominees must be manager level or above (excluding senior vice president and C-suite positions) and a current employee.

As an added bonus, the 2020 Top Women in Retail and Women on the Rise honorees receive a complimentary invitation to attend the Women in Retail Leadership Summit (April 27-29, Miami), at which they will be honored.
