Mindy Massey is a seasoned retail executive who has spent the last 25 years of her career leading, developing and advancing the retail experience, footprint and in-store environment for Anthropologie. Joining the brand in 1999, Massey worked her way up through several field leadership positions, most recently serving as the global executive director of stores. She oversees all retail locations and both field team operations and infrastructure across North America and the EU. Massey leads the brand’s industry-leading visual team, who have become incredibly well known for their one-of-a-kind window displays, in-store vignettes, and display objects. Under her direction, Anthropologie has grown to over 240 stores globally, with a field team of over 9,000 employees.

Massey is passionate about developing high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and building service frameworks to support Anthropologie’s continued expansion. A true brand champion, Massey is invested in continually evolving Anthropologie’s experiential retail format, as well as building a creative, inspiring and innovative experience for its loyal community of customers. She lives in Chicago with her husband Chad, two children, Jack and Ella, and their pup, Captain.
