Emma Minto joined Crocs in February 2021 as senior vice president and general manager, overseeing all operations for the brand’s Americas region. Minto brings a holistic view for managing diverse, high-performing organizations with P&L accountability. Prior to her role at Crocs, she spent 16 years at Nike, where she served in a range of leadership roles for the footwear giant, most recently as vice president and general manager of Nike Women’s, North America, where she drove integrated brand, product and go-to-market strategy for the women’s running, training and sportswear categories. Prior to that, Minto was vice president, Nike Direct Global Retail Operations, responsible for global real estate, construction, retail operation, risk and control, and service excellence across a 1,200 store-owned fleet. Minto has lived in seven countries across North America, Asia and Europe serving in leadership roles across the globe. She received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
