Andrea Albright serves as executive vice president, sourcing, at Walmart, and operating partner for Massmart, bringing over two decades of experience in omnichannel strategy, operations and business development specializing in global retail and supply chain innovation. Since joining Walmart in 2005, she has led teams dedicated to delivering quality products at great prices, fostering environments of trust and psychological safety that promote collaboration and innovation. Previously, Andrea played a pivotal role in the growth of Walmart’s U.S. Merchandising and People organizations. She is recognized as an International Women’s Forum fellow and a rising woman in business by Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen. Andrea’s success is attributed to her customer-centric strategy and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
Andrea holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Human Resources Development (M.Ed.) from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel and Textile Science from Kansas State University. Active on various boards, Andrea serves on the Zero100 Advisory Board, Walmart Foundation Board, University of Arkansas MBA Alumni Board, and the Kansas State University College of Health and Human Services Board. She resides in Bentonville, Arkansas, with her husband Patrick, daughter Mackenzie, and son Liam.
