Margot Grinberg is a marketing executive with expertise in bringing global and omnichannel marketing strategies to life across a diverse portfolio of brands. Margot currently serves as the president of the Movado brand and senior vice president of e-commerce, a role in which she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand, as well as the development and execution of the long and short-term growth strategies for the brand. In addition to managing Movado marketing and merchandising, Margot maintains responsibility for e-commerce sales for Movado, MCS, Olivia Burton and Amazon North America. Margot joined the company in September 2014 as a merchandise analyst, and in 2016 she became an account executive for Licensed Brands. In 2018, Margot joined the Digital Center of Excellence as the vice president of e-commerce, merchandising and digital marketing.
Prior to joining Movado Group, Margot began her career at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as a technology, media and telecom analyst. In 2021, Margot was recognized by Women in Retail Leadership Circle as a ‘Top Woman on the Rise,’ an award honoring the top women to watch in the industry as they demonstrate exceptional leadership and business acumen. Throughout her career, Margot has dedicated countless hours towards volunteering at Women in Need (WIN) NYC, and also currently serves on the Leadership Council for The Pink Agenda — two organizations that are near and dear to her heart.
