Passion Planner's Marketing Director on Growing the #PashFam Community, Giving Back, and More

Santos details how Passion Planner built a community organically on Instagram, called the #pashfam, who fueled the brand’s growth, and how these engaged and loyal customers are the brand’s biggest advocates. She shares why customer service is essential to the company, the challenges Passion Planner has faced during its quick growth, and how the brand partnered with various third-party vendors to scale its technology and business operations. Passion Planner launched its Get One, Give One program in 2015 to give back to those in need, and Santos notes the retailer has currently donated over 400,000 planners to individuals, schools and organizations around the world.
Jamie Santos is the marketing director for Passion Planner. She’s a business-oriented designer passionate about creating and sharing products that not only make our lives more efficient but also bring us as unique human beings closer together. She joined Passion Planner in 2015 as an intern and quickly moved up the ranks within the company’s tight-knit team. Santos holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego.
