As we’ve mentioned before, Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) is partnering with CommerceNext to honor a top woman in retail for its 2023 CommerceNexty Awards program. The program, which celebrates retailers and DTC brands that have made groundbreaking strides in e-commerce and marketing, features a special award called Women in Retail’s Top Woman of the Year Award. The award recognizes a woman leader in retail and/or e-commerce who has contributed to the industry community and mentored others to succeed.

After reviewing the nominations received for the 2023 Women in Retail’s Top Woman of the Year Award, WIRLC and CommerceNext chose the following honorees:

  • Michelle Poole, president, Crocs
  • Christina Suter, director of marketing, Old Navy
  • Cydni Tetro, CEO, Brandless
  • Shyna Hegde, global director- digital and e-commerce, Abbott Labs
