During the past four months, Women in Retail Leadership Circle has hosted monthly Women in Retail and Total Retail Virtual Exchange events alongside its sister brand, Total Retail. These virtual events have brought together top retail thought leaders, executives and analysts to share insights and knowledge with our community during live, interactive discussions. We’ve had so many incredible women leaders join us for our Virtual Exchanges so far, and to top it off, our August installment will feature an all-female speaker lineup! Join us on Wed., Aug. 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET to hear from these women executives during all four main sessions:

  • Marla Beck, CEO and Co-Founder, Bluemercury
  • Kim Lefko, Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Ace Hardware (Interviewed by Sucharita Kodali, Vice President, Principal Analyst, Forrester)
  • Amy Errett, CEO and Founder, Madison Reed
  • Kelly Cook, Chief Marketing and IT Officer, David’s Bridal (Interviewed by Laura Maness, CEO, Havas New York)

Don’t miss your chance to join our community live and ask these leading women your questions. Click here to register for this complimentary virtual event!

Looking for a New Job, or New Employee?

We’ve recently launched two new offerings to aid Women in Retail Leadership Circle members who are looking to make a career move, or add to their team. Check out our Talent Directory, where WIRLC members who are in between jobs and/or looking for new career opportunities can share a bit about themselves to attract the attention of potential employers, and our executive members who are seeking out talent can find their next great hire. In addition, take a look at our Job Board, which is filled with exclusive and curated listings of available executive positions at top retailers and brands. Members who are looking for opportunities can peruse our job board, and members who have positions to fill can submit jobs to be posted.

We hope all of these opportunities to connect with other women leaders, grow personally and professionally, and have fun are beneficial to our community during this stressful time. If you’d like to join WIRLC to take advantage of these resources (and many others!), we welcome you to apply for membership here!
