Store Operations, New Store Initiatives Lead, Tailored Brands

As the New Store Initiatives Lead you are responsible for creating and sustaining processes in the execution and final sign off new store openings, relocations, and remodels, including initiatives to support the store of the future for multiple brands.   You will also partner with the Facilities team to influence and implement process to maintain facilities standards in stores. Required is the ability to anticipate and identify impact across the business, and initiate consistent follow through to meet timelines, with strong written and verbal communications skills.  This position reports to the Director, Store Operations, and plays a pivotal role in the support of field leadership by managing oversight of new store deliverables at the corporate and local level.  Key to success is the ability to provide exceptional service and support the execution of projects.
