Manager of Internal Audit, Milan Laser Hair Removal

The Manager of Internal Audit will report directly to the VP of Internal Audit. This individual will play a lead role in creating and maintaining documentation for SOX and GCC records across all relevant audit entities. They will ensure that audit issues are clearly defined with root causes identified. As well as communicate risk topics to help ease the understanding for all levels of business ownership. This person will independently perform engagement level risk assessments to identify key risks within a business process. The Manager Internal of Audit will have the responsibility to prepare and ensure the delivery of quality work papers which accurately reflect facts, recommendations of an objective appraisal of the area being audited. This person must be able to balance individual contributor responsibilities along with leading the work of others. They must have a strong understanding of COSO and IIA Standards. This individual will be upbeat, have a passion for Internal Audit, and possess a collaborative mindset. They will never be comfortable with the status quo! You will seek to innovate and deliver value to the business through the use of agile auditing techniques.
