Pamela is the owner of Well Rounded Wellness, an online company that offers visitors a wellness blog and health coaching services. Her 15+ year career in the health and wellness field began as a Personal Trainer. She transitioned from there into a position at Children's Hospital, where she implemented a family-based lifestyle intervention for adolescents diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She took some time off when she became a Mom. But her love for all things healthy continued to grow. She spent some time teaching children’s yoga, and then decided to strap on her entrepreneurial shoes and created her business as a platform where she can share her professional expertise along with her passion for healthy living. She believes that the key to making long-lasting lifestyle change is to understand the emotions that trigger our unhealthy behaviors and to learn constructive, heart-healing alternatives.
