ELOQUII Founder Julie Carnevale on Success in the Size-Inclusive Fashion Space

Carnevale joined FULLBEAUTY Brands, Inc. — a privately-held multi-brand DTC retailer focused on size-inclusive apparel, intimates, shoes, and home goods for women and men — in 2023 as the brand leader for plus-size fashion authority ELOQUII and digitally native size-inclusive intimates brand CUUP – both brands within the FULLBEAUTY portfolio. With more than 20 years of corporate retail experience, Carnevale is responsible for managing and leading ELOQUII and CUUP, as well as advising FULLBEAUTY Brands on its new digital mall strategy.
A co-founder of ELOQUII, Carnevale successfully grew the company from disruptive startup to a fashion-forward, size-inclusive brand. She was responsible for the sale of ELOQUII to Walmart in 2018 and oversaw the brand’s merchandising for all categories. In 2023, Walmart sold ELOQUII to FULLBEAUTY.
Prior to starting ELOQUII, Carnevale worked in a number of a capacities at The Limited, serving as a merchant and senior merchant across departments. She is an industry veteran in merchandising and generating speed to market. As a powerhouse leader at multiple apparel brands, Carnevale has extensive experience curating top-performing teams and looking ahead to create disruptive products that lean into innovation and meet customers’ needs.
