Francesca Toninato is currently the global CEO of 7 For All Mankind, the well-known Californian lifestyle premium denim brand. She joined the brand in January 2018, as CEO of 7 For All Mankind International and since then she has been leading it, first in the EMEA region and more recently globally, shaping its new path after the acquisition from Delta Galil Industries. During the previous 8 years, Francesca served in various leadership positions at Diesel, including 3 years as global general manager of the licensing business unit and 3 years as global general manager of the intimate apparel and swimwear business unit. Before entering the fashion business, Francesca was a senior engagement mat McKinsey & Co. where she served a wide variety of clients mainly in the retail and consumer goods industry. Francesca holds a BA in business administration from Bocconi University in Milano and a bilingual MBA from IESE University in Barcelona.
