Collier has been chief product officer at Under Armour since April 2020. In this role she has oversight of the company’s product, merchandising, design and innovation functions. Ms. Collier has more than 30 years of experience across global brand leadership, product development, supply chain and merchandising. Prior to joining Under Armour, Ms. Collier served as president, CEO and chairman of NYDJ (Not Your Daughter’s Jeans) from June 2016 to January 2020. Previous to that, she held various positions over her 13-year career at Levi Strauss & Company. Earlier in her career, Ms. Collier served in various roles at Sunrise Brands (formerly Tarrant Apparel Group) and The Limited. She began her career in retail and apparel at Hess’s Department Store and is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Collier is a board member of Soles4Soles, a nonprofit that turns unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunity, by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use – providing relief, creating jobs and empowering people to break the cycle of poverty. Ms. Collier and her husband reside in Owings Mills, MD and have two college age daughters. She’s an avid stand up paddleboarder and loves to spend time with her family and their trio of Labrador Retrievers.
