Currently, Denise is the senior vice president and group general manager of fashion for Walmart E-Commerce. Before joining Walmart, Denise was the president of global digital and CIEM for the Ralph Lauren Corp., where she transformed its internal digital capabilities, including the turnaround of its global e-commerce business and the creation of global digital centers of excellence.

Previously, Denise was executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Saks Fifth Avenue, where she oversaw marketing and digital. Denise launched the award-winning and businesses, building them from the ground up into $1 billion-plus destinations for online high-end fashion. Prior to Saks Fifth Avenue, Denise worked at McKinsey & Co., where she was a leader of its retail practice.

Denise is on the board of directors of the NYC Animal Care Centers and the Industry Advisory Board for The Wharton School’s Baker Retailing Center.
